Services

Agentic systems and application delivery.

We help business teams find the right use case, build a useful first release, and take it into production. Short delivery cycles, explicit acceptance criteria and direct access to the founders doing the work.

Ideation and feasibility

Map business workflows, shortlist agentic opportunities and test the riskiest assumptions. We assess data access, integration constraints, failure costs and where a human must approve an action.

Deliverables: prioritised use cases, prototype scope, success measures and an implementation proposal. No invented ROI guarantees.

Business applications

Build internal tools and customer-facing products around real workflows. We deliver authentication, APIs, integrations and usable interfaces in short milestones, with tests and a repeatable release process.

Deliverables: a working application, source code, deployment pipeline, operating documentation and handover or ongoing support.

01

Agentic applications

Systems where a model does not just answer but acts — calls tools, reads and writes to your systems, and carries state across a task that takes minutes rather than milliseconds.

The hard part is never the first working path. It is what happens when a tool call fails, when the model picks the wrong action, or when a step needs a human to approve it. We design for that from the start, because retrofitting containment onto a working demo rarely goes well.

Typical: internal operations agents, document and case processing, research and synthesis workflows.

02

LLM workflows and retrieval

Getting a model to reason usefully over your own material: contracts, tickets, transcripts, catalogues, filings. Chunking, indexing, ranking, and the citation trail that lets a reader verify an answer instead of trusting it.

We build on your provider and your keys. Nothing routes through us, and the data boundary is written into the proposal rather than assumed.

Typical: knowledge retrieval, document extraction into structured records, classification and routing.

03

Evaluation and observability

The question every team eventually hits is simple and hard: did that change make it better? Without an evaluation harness there is no answer, only opinions and a growing unease.

We build regression sets from your real cases, LLM-as-a-judge scoring where it holds up, human review where it does not, and token and latency telemetry so cost is a number rather than a surprise at month end.

Often the highest-value engagement for a team that already shipped something and cannot tell whether it is working.

04

Data platforms

The layer everything else stands on, and our deepest bench. Ingestion, transformation, storage design, and the cost engineering that keeps a pipeline from quietly becoming the largest line on the cloud bill.

Designed for dependable operations, clear ownership and the practical constraints of enterprise data: access, quality, latency and cost.

Typical: pipeline design and rebuilds, migration, cost reduction, observability and alerting.

Engagement

How it starts.

01

A conversation, at no cost

Thirty to sixty minutes. You describe the problem and the constraints, we ask the questions that usually surface the real scope. There is no form gate and no discovery fee.

02

A written proposal

Approach, milestones, an explicit out-of-scope list, and commercials. Priced against the work rather than a rate card, because the same sentence can describe a three-week build or a six-month one.

03

Or an honest no

If your problem does not need what we do, or needs more people than we are, we say so on the first call. That happens, and it costs you nothing but the call.

Start with a paragraph.

Describe what you are trying to build and what is currently in the way. That is enough for us to tell you whether there is a project here.
